The Administrative Assistant performs the following duties:



  • Provide personal administrative support and assistance



  • Relieve Receptionist for lunch, and breaks



  • Perform all steps for Utility Analyses (Project Specific)



  • Perform all steps for (AAF) Annual Adjustment Factor, and rent increases. Maintain schedule and perform Utility Analyses (Project Specific)



  • Assist in the preparation of Corporate Events as needed



  • Bi-weekly Bank Run



  • Weekly grocery run



  • Stamp outgoing mail



  • Maintains inventory for office and kitchen supplies. Ensure that the kitchens and supply areas are fully stocked and supplies are put away.



  • Request service for copiers and postage machine as needed



  • Request and monitor AT&T teleconference access information



  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail



  • Place orders for supplies from Pitney Bowes, FedEx and USPS



  • Inspect Defibrillator battery on monthly basis and order pads as needed



  • Assist with Datawatch administration

Job Requirements

 • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word



• Proficiency with the following Microsoft programs: Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook



• Communication (written and oral) and Organizational abilities



• Time Management


• Problem Solving skills
