We are looking to hire an Assistant Community Manager in Savannah, GA!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned.


•The candidate must be able to maintain tenant wait list, process move ins & annual renewals, move in and move out inspections and resident activities. 
 
•Also, the candidate must have applicable knowledge of Affordable Housing (LIHTC, Section 8, Section 202), Annual Re-certifications, LIHTC Compliance Regulations, Marketing and Leasing


 

Job Requirements

Requirements: The successful Assistant Community Manager will have the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Property Management Experience

  • Excellent and premiere customer service orientation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High-energy, hardworking, ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment with an excellent sense of urgency

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail and Internet and other Property Management systems

  • Project base section 8 knowledge and LIHTC experience required
